I read a lot of testimonials and thought yeh right. I ordered from another bead company first. Bad customer service. Would not answer numerous emails. Not ordering from them again. So I tried dollar bead. Wow! What can I say. I had some broken beads and a strand of beads missing. My email was answered in four hours and a refund. Good customer service is so rare these days. The beads LOVE them. One customer was right more bang for your buck. Not to mention I took a month and a half to do my order I thank you for that. I have been running my previous stock out.
