I received my items today-can't say I am disappointed by anything. For the cost of the items you cannot beat it anywhere (except the occasional blowout clearance on some other sites-which is few and far between). A few broken strings is nothing to worry about since the box held up and they can be transferred to a bag. For the cost conscious Beader, this is the site to utilize! Only thing I would hope for: pictures of the items that actually did expand-had to wing it a few times. Thank you so much and best wishes with continued success! "I will be back" :D
