I was so excited about my first order I could hardly wait to order again so when I got more money I rushed to my borrowed computer and placed my order. When it arrived, two strands of beads (the beads were quiet large and glass) had a broken bead each. Needless to say I was quiet disapointed because I had a planned project and couldn't go forward due to broken components so I contacted dollarbead via email. They responded in a flash and sent me a new strand to cover the two broken beads. I only had two broken beads and the strands I had ordered had five beads each so they didn't have to send a whole strand but they did and without question. Thank you so much for a wonderful website, low prices and quick replacement...I am hooked for life!! God bless you. :)
