I must always say that the bead quility was great but the shipping was a lot to be desired many broken strands and missing sets of products beads I think that you should pay more attention to the quality of shipping.
RESPONSE FROM DOLLARBEAD: Our business model is to sell strings of beads for $1.00.
In order to be able to do this and stay in business, we cannot wrap each string individually.
It is unavoidable that strings get tangled, but most times the beads will be perfect.
