I have been ordering from this site for approximately 7 years. You cannot beat the pricing, quality, and communication offered by this company. I have had a couple of orders damaged when shipped during the holidays but were reimbursed for those items without delay. I am a very happy customer for the most part and the only thing i would like to see change is better packaging to ensure better safe handling when shipping orders. Having said all that, Dollar Bead will always be the first site I visit when shopping for jewelry supplies.
