This is my 2nd order. I have come to the conclusion: 1) The prices are the best I have seen. 2) The quality of both the beads and findings are comparable to the more expensive sites. And, 3) Customer service is exemplary. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY! Two thumbs up!
