5. How long does it take for an order to ship?

  • We ship the order the next business day.
  • We do not change the status on the site (it will remain as 'processing').


6. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

It can take from 3-5 business days for an order to arrive.


7. How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping in the U.S. is for a flat-rate of $5.95, no matter the size of the order.
  • Shipping to Canada is for a flat-rate of $15.95, no matter the size of the order.


8. Where are you situated?

We are situated in Mundelein, Illinois.


9. Can I order over the phone?

No, you must make the order online.


10. Can I visit the warehouse?

No, we are strictly an online store.


11. Can I exchange items?

  • You can exchange items.
  • Send the unwanted items back with a note stating what you would prefer in exchange (model numbers please).
  • You pay for the postage to exchange the items, DollarBead pays for the postage back to you.


12. Do any of our items contain lead?

None of our items contain lead.


13. How do I receive a refund (when beads are out of stock)?

A refund is made directly back to your credit card or Paypal.
