Instructions for Making Beaded Flower Necklace

BEADED FLOWER

YOU WILL NEED: A cutter, a plier, color-coated tigertail wire, 2 crimp beads, 2 bead ends, a clasp, 2 jump rings, 35 x teardrop-shaped transparent pressed glass beads, 88 x 4mm

Cut 1 piece of wire of approximately 12 inches.

Thread a bead cap and a crimp bead onto the wire. Squeeze the crimp bead at the end. Cover the crimp bead with the bead cap. Fold the loop on the bead cap over.

Thread 20 freshwater pearl beads onto the wire.

Thread 5 teardrop-shaped glass beads. Thread the wire back into the first bead; this makes a flower.

Thread 8 freshwater pearls onto the wire.

Make another flower with 5 teardrop-shaped glass beads.

Repeat numbers 5 and 6 five more times.

Thread 20 freshwater pearl beads onto the wire.

Thread a bead cap and a crimp bead onto the wire. Squeeze the crimp bead close to the beads. Cover the crimp bead with the bead cap. Fold the loop on the bead cap over.

Attach a jump ring to each bead caps' loop.

Attach a clasp to one of the jump rings.
