Yep, that's right, the personal touch... its what makes or breaks a site... Without even talking to her, Lisa has a way of making one feel important. On my first order, just as soon as I clicked that last click, I realized I forgot to change my address !!!! I sent her an email, and of course, she fixed it immediately.

There have been a few beads I was disappointed over, but geez, its a dollar site and the good FAR outweighs the bad!!

So.... Lisa, thanks for being there with your lil ole dollar site, Love ya!!
